I began my travel career in 1982 after attending a Travel and Tourism College. I viewed this opportunity to send clients all over the world as a dream come true. I have learned that I have a love for booking group travel after becoming the Travel Coordinator for a large local school district. I have visited all of the Hawaiian Islands and am an Outrigger Hotel Specialist. I have sailed on Celebrity, Royal Caribbean, Princess, Carnival and NCL cruise lines and have certifications from all of them. I feel one of life's greatest treasures is making memories with families and friends on every trip and would like to help make your future memories a reality.
I am a graduate of S.S.T. Travel School and completed WorldSpan Computer Training in 1984. My travel destinations include Southeast Asia, Europe, Caribbean, Mexico and Hawaii. I have cruised with Carnival, Royal Caribbean and Norwegian Cruise Lines. I enjoy planning dream vacations and look forward to providing the professional services Sinclair Travel is known for.
My background includes planning corporate travel and personal travel for many years. After my "first retirement," I worked as a customer service representative for a major cruise line. When I first talked with Sinclair Travel, working in the Motorcoach and Groups Departments seemed like the perfect new adventure! That is still true. I also assist in traditional travel (cruises, tours and other adventures) as needed. Since research is my passion, this is a perfect fit!
I have worked at Sinclair Travel in the motorcoach division for several years, planning and organizing our custom and private group motorcoach trips.
Sue Sinclair started her life-long career in the travel industry as a stewardess (now known as a attendants) shortly after her college graduation. Sue decided to go into business and started Sinclair Travel, Inc. in 1979! She has successfully stewarded the company through many changes in the travel industry.
After 40 years as the owner of Sinclair Travel, Sue Sinclair Rutledge sold the company and looks forward to volunteering in the community.
Sheri Slaybaugh began her employment at Sinclair Travel in 2015. Sheri's background includes a variety of occupations in the fields of education, law and finance, with a strong emphasis on administration and accounting. Sheri and Sue have worked together on a seamless transition of ownership and management of daily operations.
